RADIODATA offers 24/7/365 on-call service. This means that operators of DIPRA® radio systems receive quick support in the event of malfunctions that significantly affect the functioning of the system. Our specialists are able to support the on-site service in restoring the system remotely.

Hardware maintenance
Constantly increasing availability requirements leave no room for errors. System hardware failures can have a major impact on network quality. RADIODATA regularly carries out preventative maintenance on the radio system. The log files are analyzed and network elements of the system are checked for abnormalities.

Exchange & repair
All DIPRA® components and modules are repaired or replaced by RADIODATA directly in the Berlin factory.
